I’m a sustainability researcher fascinated by how systems connect from chemistry and technology to circular business models and social innovation.
My work bridges natural and social sciences to bring strong sustainability into practice, where circularity meets regeneration and inclusion.
I collaborate internationally with universities and organizations building transitions towards resilient, circular societies.
My work focuses on combining the sciences in comprehensive, visual ways, seeing the bigger picture while retaining complexity. I zoom out to connect the system as a whole, which is larger than the sum of its parts, while also zooming in on the individual issues to make sure key information is included. Making complexity
easier to understand
I have been designing and delivering research-based teaching for technical university and business programmes since 2019. Alongside my research, I completed a Higher Education Teaching Qualification at TU Delft, where I further developed my approach to learning around active participation, behavioural learning principles and learning by doing.
I have always been particularly interested in experiential and interactive learning. Complex sustainability challenges become much easier to understand when we can see them, question them, connect them to everyday life and work through them together.
My teaching and workshops therefore draw connections across disciplines, sectors and scales. I use familiar examples, activities, systems mapping, discussion and real-world challenges to help people recognise patterns that can otherwise disappear behind technical terminology and specialist knowledge.
The aim isn't simply to transfer information. It is to create those moments when something complicated suddenly clicks, and give people ways of thinking they can take back into their own decisions and work.
